Default 03 ram 4.7 stalling issues

03 4.7 ram automatic, engine stalls idling, under load. seems like pcm losing power because drive cycle monitors reset. box around gear selector disappears, will restart once key is turned to off position, then box re appears in gear selector and will start, although now it may start barely then quit. changed many sensors and parts and was good for almost a year, now starting back up again. anyone with this problem and a solution??

Holy cow. Throttle switch? As in TPS? Have you cleaned the throttle body? Cleaned or replaced IAC? cleaned the port. Does the pcm have current flash? Compression check? Is the battery good? Good grounds? Newer vehicles are very sensitive to correct or incorrect battery voltages.

do me a favor. if you have a fob, remove the battery and see if you still have issues. my fob was messing with ignition, and not letting truck run like what your stating. once I removed the battery no more issues. but now I have to manually lock and unlock doors. or if you have a second key try using that one

Cop is the coil over plug. Meaning spark plug. If u have a V8 , you have 8 of them. Mine happened to be a new defective coil from AutoZone. It was shorting out and shutting the engine down, usually under load. I replaced the bad one, I think it was cylinder 4 or 6. It's been over a year and no stalling. It's a $30 part. Easy to change.
