46re questions

Hey, I have a 2002 5.9gas 210,000

The transmission is slipping a bit.
What I have been reading it sounds like the TC. Is it worth replacing the TC or should I get a used transmission?

I found a 46re transmission out of a 98 jeep. Is interchangeable?

With 210 do a rebuild or buy a crate trans.
