Lightbulb Tilt causes lights and no speedometer

HUNTING A SOLUTION: Tilt causes Brake/ABS Lights, Speedometer goes to 0, move the tilt it comes back on and lights go off. Any advice?

I want to say thank you to all of you who contribute to these post. You have saved me a lot of time and trouble and money that I didn't have to begin with. Many times I didn't know how I would pay to get my truck fixed and getting the information about repairs and parts from you all has saved my sanity. It has kept me from getting scammed at the repair shop. THANK YOU

Sounds like pinched/chafed wires in the column, or clock spring.

Yep, pull the covers behind the steering wheel and see if you can find the pinched wires.
