Default 2010 Dodge Ram, random sputter triggers tpms???

Recently my oil control solenoid blew out, I replaced it. Which meant pulling the entire intake off to get to it. Since then I keep getting this sputter or misfire at random times and the wierdest thing is that each time I feel the sputter the tpms flashes. Can someone shed some light on this. Im thinking I may have a bad plug or did not reseal the intake well enough. Any help would be great.

Doubt it is related. Sputtering prior to intake? Tune up is every 30k. Plain old copper plugs work the best. Clean throttle body.
