Default Stereo options

Well today my factory unit decided that it I'll no longer change with the dials anymore. I have been looking at this...

http://m.ebay.com/itm/06-07-08-09-10-DODGE-RAM-CAR-STEREO-RADIO-DOUBLE-DIN-INSTALLATION-DASH-KIT-PANEL-/172128243582?hash=item2813a48f7e%3Ag%3AfK4AAOSwmmxW4Nv3&_trkparms=pageci%253Ac8df8860-9fad-11e6-885d-005056bb3be8%257Cparentrq%253A1c8fe8261580a6a8eee07da2fffcd68c%257Ciid%253A24
Anyone have any experience with this positive or negative?

Thanks in advanced for your time!

Doesn't our radios have a "amp" somewhere in the truck. I've herd if you get a replacement head unit the quality of the sound may suffer. Don't know for sure just check into it first.

Thanks guys for the response! I really want a double din and don't think I have the amp since I don't have the Infinity system in my truck. I just can't justify a factory Nav besel for $300 plus a $300-500 radio.
