Question 5.7 engine

I would like to replace my 4.7 with a 5.7 in my 2005 Dodge Ram Quad Cab. Would I have to replace the transmission and rear axle so this will work? Also, how hard would it be to get 20 mph out of my 4.7? Thanks.

Transmission and axle no, they're the same. Computers will be your problem, in addition to adapting an engine designed with fly-by-wire into a vehicle that didn't have it.
