Default no heat issue/cold air blowing

i have a 2003 dodge 1500 4.7. I am working on a no heat issue. The upper heater core hose is cold and the bottom is hot. I am confused if it's the heater core or the water pump.
so far i have flushed the heater core, change the Tstat and changed the rad cap and think i bled the air out. Running out things to do...

any suggestions please

Was the issue there prior to the flush? Can you see water circulation in the radiator?

thanks for replying, yes it was blowing cold air than i flushed the heater core. i cant really see the flow into the radiator it has the radiator cap on top the the resevoir, not directly on the radiator, but i do see the small hose going into the resevoir sending water into it.

Where you able to flush thru the heater core. It sounds like a plugged heater core.
