Default Catalac converter help..

I have a 2003 dodge ram slt 4.7 l quad. We found out lack of power to acceleration due to bad/blocked catalac converter.
Tested it by removing the cat and pipe snd we had power. All pipes cleared but cat unknown whats going on inside.
Question is can we eliminate the cat altogether? I am in small town where emissions are not required.
We have sensor before and after cat. Now research showed the second sensor will trigger engine light. Any way around this? Can i temove cat plus second sensor or what. Im in canada and in small town. Replacing cat is not possible at this time.

you bad polluting canadian hee hee. after you smash out your cat. install antifoulers...they will slow the switching rate of the rear 02 and stop the cross count issue that sets the p0420 dtc
here is your fix

hopefully, the loose chunks will blow out and not shift later to cause a restriction. you will get p0420 p0430 dtc for cat efficiency. screw the environment...donald trump is president anyway.
