Replacement engine issue
Hi guys, been a while.
I replaced my engine in my 2005 Ram 2500.
Same engine. Same year. Same accessories. Same all the way around.
But. For some strange reason, the engine is sitting about 4" too far forward.
I've measured both blocks (just to be sure) and everything is identical.
I did not remove the engine mounts (I also checked them and they are also the same).
I measured both trucks from frame mounts to front bar and they're the same.
So, wth? I hate to be a moron as I'm sure it's something simple, but I just can't figure it out.
Engine(s) is a Cummins.
I have to get it back in the right place or I do not have room for the radiator.
Your help is appreciated.

Nope.
The only thing that seems even remotely likely is the motor needs tilted down in the back (haven't installed transmission yet), but seems like that would kick the bottom of the fan forward, making it worse.
I'm going to try it tomorrow.
I have no clue what else to do.
