Default '04 1500 running louder after radiator replacement

Hey guys,
Brought my '04 1500 into the shop the other day for what I thought was a blown head gasket. All the tell tale signs, milky gunk on oil filler cap, dipstick read abnormally high and was going through coolant really fast. Brought it in an turned out to be crack in the radiator. Happy because saved me a ton of money, but now it seems to be running louder than normal. Temps and pressure gages reading normal, radiator temp reading just slightly below half way. Is this normal with a new radiator?
Thanks in advance

Louder as in exhaust noise or engine noise? Kinda hard to tell without a better description.

Thanks for the reply @jkeaton. It almost sounds like something is skipping if that makes sense? Im not sure if the old radiator was just so bad that the fan sucked, but this sounds more like a skipping noise
