i must be the only person in the world who has this problem but i can not get the bumper bracket bolts off of my bumper, you know the ones that are circle on top but have a square middle piece so they dont spin but i can not find a way to take them off without them spinning forever

 

I'm going to guess that you've already tried to reach behind the bolts and press on them so they remain in the hole during removal. So if that doesn't work you can try a shim, like a starter shim cut down or some other metal shim. Place it between the bolt and hole and see if it'll hold it in place to back out. Best of luck
