Default Need Help

Hey guys! Been having a problem with my truck. It is a 2007 Ram 4x4 with a 5.7L. It has been jerking/jolting going down the road, RPM's jump up and down to the point of stalling. Sometimes it is hard to get started again and sometimes it fires right back up. It does throw codes. So far, I have changed the crank position sensor (3 times), air intake temp sensor, cam shaft position sensor, spark plugs, and the EGR valve. Since I have changed the EGR valve, it hasn't done it, but that was only this morning. Every time it has thrown a code, I would change the part that the code reader said, then it would throw a different code. Have any of you had this problem? If so, what fixed it?
