2003 dodge ram 1500 5.9

Hi I'm having trouble with a 2003 dodge ram 1500 5.9 it jumped time so I put a timing chain in it and it wont crank I have replaced everything it wont fire out of the distributor it all new crank sensor coil do you think it bent the valves
