Default Power Outlet Fuse

I have a 06 dodge ram 1500. The power outlet will not work. The fuse diagram labels #38 as power outlet IP 20amp. Not sure what the IP stands for, but it seems like the only logical position. There was not a fuse in the slot so someone prior to me must have removed it. The problem is it is a three prong fuse slot and I can't find anything larger than a 10amp three prong fuse. Any ideas?

I believe you still use a regular fuse. One of the contacts is not used. I have a few spots like that in my truck.

You use a regular 20 amp fuse but only plug it into two of the slots. On my '12 1500 it's the Center and Passenger Side slots. I am curious what happens if you put it in the other slot though. Maybe you don't have to push the button in the cab to activate it everytime you start the car?????

Right now there's a regular 2 prong 20a fuse in mine powering only the outlet. It's in the left and center slots. I imagine if I used the right and center slots then I'd have use of my cigarette lighter but no power outlet (main dash).
I've been looking online all weekend for the correct fuses. I found and ordered a box of micro 3 fuses but they're too small. I am going to call a dealership tomorrow to see what the deal is with getting the correct fuses.
I'll try to update when I find a solution.
