anyone know whats the actual part name i ask for for this part i have a 2 piece drive shaft on a 2007 dodge ram 1500 v6 quad cab

 

also is pic #1 what a bad uv joint looks like its the joint closest to the transmission it looks like this on 2 sides of the joint the other 2 sides of the joint and all rest including the joint that connects the 2 piece shaft and the joint at the rear end differential looks like pic #2
