Default Front Diff noise

2005 ram. At about 60 kph or 40 mph i'm hearing a whine from the front end. Sounds like a bearing gone bad.
I have changed both hubs and the noise is still there. I have decided that it must be the diff. Has anybody had any experience with these going bad?
This is an AWD truck, are the front diff's any different for these?
I have decided that my best bet is to find an entire used diff at a scrapper and swap the entire thing.
Any info would be useful

Fluid level is fine and the CV joints seem fine to. Recently had them changed.
The noise is when I'm going in a straight line.
