Lamp out comes on and dings

Lamp out comes on and dings
So I got brand new headlights and after I put them in and I turned them on I turned the blinker on that's when it started dinging and lamp out came on but all lights work but when the lights are not on and I turn the blinker on it doesn't do that so what do I need to do??
