The usual symptoms of pulling on release lever in the cab and No resistance making me think cable is broken somewhere from the exterior firewall forward. Appears that I should be able to get something to pry the upper latch away from locked position so hood will release the 2-3 inches so I can use lower handle to release rod completely.
Anything that anyone has done to make this not such a PIA?
