Default 07 Dodge ram trans problems

Ok heres what I got. 07 Dodge ram with hemi. I had to change liftrrs due to 1 bad one. I decided after doing some research that I would due away with the MDS. And I did. Got a programmer to turn off so there is no engine code for that. I do have a cam sensor code and now no overdrive. R any of these related to the MDS delete.

Thank u

I highly doubt it, return it back to stock and see.

The overdrive wasn't working before I programmed it. Thought maybe the deleted MDS lifters without disabling it in the computer was the problem but no fix. I've read nowhere where getting rid of the MDS affects the transmission

Depending on mileage it may be time for a transmission. I would recommend taking it to a transmission shop. They can do the diagnosis.
