Every time I turn my truck off, even for a moment, my fuel gauge will be stuck at E upon start up. It takes about 10 minutes to return to an accurate reading, and even so, sometimes it will start dropping while I'm driving. Fuel pump was replaced 5 months ago, this problem started a couple days ago.
