Default help with 02 dodge ram 4.7

i have been having to replace the cps and crank sensor every year when it gets cold. this year i replaced both and now I have all cylinders miss firing. All but cylinder 5. It also shows that that i have several codes for the coils. i did just replace all of them last summer. Any ideas? i have a 2002 dodge ram slt with a 4.7L . Would it be the tps?
I took it to the dealership they told me i need a new pcm and fuse box. i replaced the PCM and cleaned the fuse box and there is no change. I was thinking maybe the timing is off. i looked up the code P1391 and it said the the cps or timing.

heres a thought, depending on the battery, there might not be enough juice in the cells, once these motors get any type of low voltage they tend to do weird stuff, also when changing out your sensor did you go oem or aftermarket? only use oem, these motors hate aftermarket.
