I recently bought an 05 ram 1500 SLT quad cab with the 8' bed, it has blocks in the rear which I believe to be 3". Does anyone know if these trucks came with stock blocks or did the leaf springs sit right on the axle? I want to take them out but I am not sure if I should put a smaller block in, in the event there was a stock block

 

If someone just put blocks in the back. It would be sitting really nose down. Unless it has a complete lift.
