Default 03 Ram 4.7 5 speed no gears

Hey everyone I'm new here but not to turning wrenches. So my clutch went out two weeks ago. I pulled the tranny. Clutch was bad, slave cylinder piston also came out in two pieces. Short story I replaced the clutch, plate, slave cylinder, throw out bearing, pivot spring, and pivot ball stud. Put it back together drove it for a week then suddenly it won't go into any gear. If I pushed halfway on the clutch it would go in fine, but all the way down in gear the truck would try to crawl forward. I changed the master cylinder today have bled it numerous times and still will not go into any gear. Ideas?

Something is keeping the clutch from disengaging all the way. Could be a slave cylinder issue. Or possibly bent or broken pressure plate fingers.

Well i got everything pulled back out and clutch and pressure plate look brand new still. One thing though. When I replaced the slave cylinder it came apart. I know it went back together right with the exception of the plastic piece behind the Piston. Is it possible that it could be back wards and cause these issues?

Newest update. Slave cylinder is good. Took the clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing back. There was a hot spot on the outside of the pressure plate. They swapped the whole setup for a new one. Putting it in tonight.
