Who's running w/o cat's??

Are any of you running exhaust without catalytic converters? If you are, what are you doing about the CEL? Just got my truck a few months ago and trying to understand the electronics a lil better. I wasn't sure if there are any aftermarket boxes that don't recognize the downstream O2 sensor. Thanks for any input.
