I have a 2005 ram 1500 4wd that i want to put a lift under. I dont have front coil springs but all the lift kits show them. Are they something i have to add in or am i already supposed to have them? Way confused right now

Incorrect, 05 4wd will still have torsion bars. If it was 2wd it would have coils. 06+ switched over to coil spring struts on the 4wd's. OP, you have to find a kit that works with torsion bars.

My bad. Didn't see the 4wd thing.
