I have a 2004 now with a 4.7 and is good on gas I dont need a Hemi gas guzzler. I have a 05 Durango with Hemi and a 2005 Jeep grand Cherokee with a Hemi.
So looking for a newer truck with a 4.7 engine and like I said most seem to have the Hemi making my search a bit slow. I never had any problems with my 04 4.7 with 85k miles

After 06 they came with MDS and starting 09 the hemis had VVT. You call them gas guzzlers but the truth is they get about as good mileage as the 4.7 because it isn't working as hard to move the truck. The 4.7 after 08 was redesigned and upped to 310hp.
