Got these sway bar bushings at Advance Auto for my '03 1500. Doesn't this seem outrageously small??? I couldn't even get the clamp back on snug, and forget trying to get them bolted back on.

Any ideas/opinions?

 

these trucks have i think 3 diffrent sway bar options. you must have the bigger bar.

 

Yeah, you're right. I Googled it and found that there are 34 and 36mm bars. Measured mine and found that I have 36 while the bushings are 34's. Don't know why Daimler Chrysler did that but Advance Auto should have seen that.

 

Funny, considering you can't get windshield wipers there without having to tell them the make, model, year, engine size, gearing, tire size, recommended PSI, trim level, comfort package, and color of the vehicle...
