No Cluster, No Crank, No Start, 2002 Ram 1500

I have a 2002 Ram 1500, V8, 4.7L. The cluster do not work, I only have a red light and the mileage that comes on the instrument panel. The is no crank, and no start. All the lights work except the head light and the turn signal, all the fuse are good. The battery is good. I connected a OBD scanner and it does not come on. Please help me out.
