At idle no cold air. When driving I get cold air from the a/c. I was told it was the compressor control valve. I am not sure if the Ram even has one. Any ideas?

condensor fan motor. very common for them to go bad. when your driving the condenser (looks like a radiator) gets air flow thru it cooling the pressurized air/r134a. come to a stop and that pressurized air/r134a has nothing cooling it with the fan not working.
