Hood release rod

Hey guys i need to replace the front grill on my 08 ram and the only parts i cant find new is the rod that goes behind the grill to release the hood. Does anyone know if the ones off of a durango and what yr modles would work there are pleanty of durangos front ends but all rams are wrecked, and
