CUPCAKE, If you're still around I was wondering how you wired those halo projectors. I just bought a set and I couldn't figure how those things needed to be wired to make them work.

I may be of help.. I had a set of dual halo projectors on my old 02 f150 and I spliced the halo ring wires in with the parking lights. You could also splice them in with your headlights or even turn signals. It was very easy to do. All you need is to determine which lights you would like to splice them into and cut the wires, splice the wires together, soder them and put some shrink tubbing on the connection to make it corrosion proof. Hope this helps.

i think its the black housing. i think the crome housing would have looked better especially w/ the grill all cromed out.

I need some clarification as what is meant by "splicing into the wires." I want them to turn on with the parking lights, so do I need to cut all three wires that go to the parking light or just one of them? Also, I have one black wire and one white wire for each halo and I also have one black wire and one white wire that light up 4 little LED lights at the bottom of the headlight (I noticed CUPCAKE that yours didn't have these), I assume that I just need to stick all six wires into the parking light circuit.....

Let me try to help make this easier because I was a little hesitant at first when I had to do this. You've got 3 wires going to your parking bulb. One is the hot wire for the signal, one is the hot wire for the parking, and the other should be the ground. I don't know that wiring the halo's and the led's all into the same circuit would be a good idea because it might overload the circuit and blow a fuse but this may just be something that you have to try and see. Anyway determine which of the 3 wires is the hot wire for the parking and which one is the ground. Cut those 2 and splice the white wire from the halo into the hot wire and the black into the ground. You would do the same for the leds if you choose to wire them to the same place. When your finished you'll have a big cluster of wires behind the lights or atleast thats how it was on my old ford... Hope this helps.

UPDATE:

I've had the projectors instaleld about a month and pretty much all the bulbs they came with have blown out. They are cheap dollar store lights in the first place but they are easily replaceable. The housing still haven't leaked water and i have taken the truck thru more than its fair amount of water. so my only complaint is the cheap bulbs they come with but they arn't hard to find and replace.

and no mine don't have leds got a link to what your talking about.
