2012 ram 1500 big horn cylinder 5 misfire

Threw code p305, changed plugs , new coil on cylinder 5, swapped injector 5 for 3 misfire stayed in cylinder 5. Compression check on 5 was 150. Starts easily, idles fine, shudders with moderated excelleration. Where else should I look?
