dodge ram 1500 4x4 5.7l

drove down to wash house, showered, went to leave and truck wont turn over. no dash lights or head lights, checked battery 13v, checked battery ground seems to be ok, battery leads appear to be clean, no blown fuses that I can tell.

 

Lights work? Even if you read 13v, it still might not have enough juice top turn the engine over. Tried to jump start it?
