Default 2006 Turn Signals/Hazards

Hey everybody, new to the forum. I recently picked up a 2006 1500 Hemi quad cab. Truck is great other than one problem, which seems to be common from my research, although I think my problem is slightly different. As stated in the title my truck has turn signal problems. I have already switched out the multifunction switch and have the same results. The issue is , when the left turn signal is on, the dash indicator blinks normally but only the rear light blinks. And the right side dash indicator blinks fast, and neither the front or rear light works. Same goes for the hazards, only the left rear is working. The brake lights and running lights all work just fine. Most of what I found was with the multifunction switch it was acting more erratic where as my truck just does the same thing, only left rear works no matter what. Any advice is appreciated thank you.

Most likely your TIPM has bit the dust. It controls all the electronics in your truck. Non-serviceable. Although I would try replacing bulbs first. Google TIPM to get all the info on what it does, and the symptoms when it goes bad.

Ok, thank you for the info. Will try the bulbs first although I believe the TIPM is the culprit. The main power going into it is pretty corroded, so that doesn't seem like a good sign.
