Every third or fourth time, approximately, that I start my truck, the blower won't work. However, if I open the cup holder tray and slam it shut, the blower miraculously starts working! Is there a simple way of finding out if this is the control panel itself or the resistor unit before I buy new ones?

 

I had same problem. Connector was loose.
