Default 2005 Ram 1500 2x4 quad 5.7 atomatic
Gas pedal sticking at whatever position I stop pressing down, not stuck to floor by floor mat. I have to use top of toes to pull pedal back up. This is an intermittent problem and very scary.

Sounds like your e-pedal is screwed, should spring back on it's own internally.
