It would help if you would provide your vehicle details. 2wd? 4x4? Year? Mileage?

Where does it sound like it's coming from? Any other symptoms?

This is symptom of:
A). front drive (4wd) CV axle joint that is failing, worn out or gone dry.
B). front wheel bearing hub that is failing, worn out or gone dry.

My vote, with what very little we know so far, is for A. If he reports rubbing/grinding, then I'll amend to B.
