Ok so I have an 04 1500 the kid that had it before me put an aftermarket bumper on it and I took it off and put a stick bumper back on it off of a 2500 diesel same year there was a plug hanging down beside my radiator that I thought was the fog light plug so I tried to plug it in to the plug off of the 2500 bumper and didn't fit so I cut the plugs and tried to just hardwire it in and they still don't work and I have the fog lamp fuse and relay still in the truck any ideas how to go about getting then to work thanks

 

Measure to see if you have voltage to the plug. May or may not be a fog light harness. If not, run a new circuit to them.

 

Just one plug? How high was it? Was it on the driver's side? That may have been your ambient temp sensor harness you messed with.
