have a 2004 dodge 1500 replaced rack 2 times and pump 3 times in 3 mouths all new ball joint new belt flushed system new steering knuckle and still dont have power steering have it when i give truck gas 4 garages 2000 dollars later what are we missing maybe plugged cooler i am at a lossl

 

Well ..... yeah .... a restriction or plug in the cooler, the cooler lines, the bottom of the reservoir tank, or any of the pump2rack lines will do it. Btw, after changing PS parts like you describe, the system has to be purged of air. Involves full turning stop to stop 5 to 10 to 20 times while constantly checking and topping the reservoir as fluid is drawn in and air is pushed out.
