Default 3.7L to 5.7L Swap in 03 Dodge Ram 1500 4x2

My truck has 250,000 miles on it, and the only real issue is that I am burning a little more oil than I would like. I am looking to drop a 5.7 and replace the 3.7. If anyone has done this with this make and year model, I would appreciate any useful information you could provide.

Looking for:
-Parts list
-Issues you encountered
-Currently have a manual 5 speed, would I need a new transmission or just a heavier clutch
-Estimation on a price if I used a pull a part vs purchasing new

Looking for:
-I am assuming I will need different engine mounts, how difficult was this
