Anyone had this problem? I have a 2002 Dodge Ram Crew cab and the rear doors both have the same problem.
They go down easy but have a hard time coming up. They are powered door locks and dont have enough power to push them all the way up. But the motors do have enough power to lock them. Any Ideas?

I haven't seen this problem on the rear doors, but have seen some door latches causing similar problems on the front doors. The only other thing that might cause this is the rods bent and binding.

 

i have hade the same problem. i sprayed silcon a on the the plastic bushing in the door.
