Trans problem. Need help identifying it.

Have a 04 hemi sport 5.7. No idea what trans is in it. Any way to tell by the bar code on the tranny? It's stuck in limp mode and wanna get her fixed.
Bar code reads:
Top: TITTJ230410703. 14:45:22
Bottom: P52119556AB. Rfe. 556

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
