Cracked manifold maybe. Did you closely inspect them before re-installing at the bolt change? Next in line is the exhaust flange joint. or a rusted exhaust pipe, holed through, . ....
Some mild noises and light top end ticking is normal, at least on mine it is. Sound source is injector squirts, valves, lifters, belt pulleys, fan clutch. There are alot of moving parts. Discern whether what you are hearing is just normal V8 churnings or if something is way out of sorts.

No I didn’t check it that well just a quick over for major holes I reused the gasket also but it wasn’t rusted out had sum soot from the exhaust leaking from the broken bolt so I cleaned n reused seemed okay. I will definitely go check it again and the flange it had a weird hole lik it was rusted out across the hole inside part but I was able to get it to pull together the manifold n pipe so if that’s rusted that wud make that noise?

Suggest you redo the job, inspect, and ensure to install NEW gaskets. The gasket is your most likely problem based on your last post. Never re-use the gaskets.
I recommend Fel Pro for reasoned cost. Or go oem Mopar if you are a gotta pay 4x the price kinda guy.

I just spent $3200.00 at the local Stealership for the "sounds like a lifter not pumping up" at start-up. Mine would do it if it was hot or cold but only would last for 20 or 30 seconds and then it would quiet down. The Stealership replace 2 broken manifold bolts and all the lifters and so far the noise is gone. I truly believe that it was broken bolts and not the lifters. Lesson Learned, never take you vehicles to the dealership unless you have to. I have had a freaking nightmare with these idiots at my local Stealership, let's call them Vacaville Dodge in Vacaville, Ca. They broke the back mounting hole off of the AC compressor, chipped my hood in 2 places from hanging a light from my hood and also had a leak from the return line coming from the heater core and I am still finding things they didn't tighten or put back the way it was when I brought it in 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 4WD SLT 50K Miles
