07 ram 1500 slt 5.7 hemi no start no ideas left
Last year my ram stalled in my driveway, after a couple of start stalls it wouldn’t start again. Thinking it would be too expensive to fix at the time I parked it. Now I need to get it going again. I pulled the battery for another truck so codes are gone, but I remember at least one referred to cylinder misfire. So after much research I figured cam and/or crank sensor. I have so far replaced the battery, spark plugs, cam and crank sensors, alternator (3 yrs ago) and fuel pump(1.5 yrs ago), still no start, even with a squirt of starting fluid. Tested wiring for crank sensor and pulled coil pack to check for spark, looks good. Going to test cam sensor wiring and compression next but if those are good I’m all out of ideas. Not sure if it’s related to the no start problem but the rpms go up to about 150 then back down to 0 then up and down when cranking. There is also a quiet quick buzz sound somewhere around the battery ( not in the TIPM) when the Ignition is in the on position, buzzed about every 5 secs. Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.
