Hello, I just had new front brake pads put on a 2004 dodge neon. There is now a constant rubbing or grinding noise coming front the front brakes, like the new pads are rubbing against the rotors. The rotors were not resurface or replaced when the brakes were replaced. Will the noise eventually go away after the brakes are worn in a bit? The brakes seem to work fine, but the noise is rather loud and concerning? Any advice? Thank You,
