I have a 2010 dodge journey, it is having what appears to be an electrical problem. My interior lights stay on when my headlights are on, and the backup camera doesn't work when the headlights are on. Also, my horn starts blowing randomly (my husband took the fuse out so we don't have a horn right now). I need to know if this is something we can fix ourselves cheap.
