Default looking for a tuner

hi guys been a min or two but need help I finally got my truck fix I had a bad pcm now no more ignition coil b code and also transmission shifts like new again but now since I have no cats and no back o2 sensor I need something like hp tuner or something like it but cheaper I'm on a budget and also need to be able to change the idle rpm I had a guy do it the first time but still wants to charge me $250 again just for something that took 5min to do

If I read that right (he's right, that hurt to read), you need a custom tune. You're not gonna be able to cheap out on that one.

$250 for the correct tune IS cheap. Our local tuner is more than that, and dyno pulls are extra.
