Default P0222 how to fix

Hi, I have a Ram 2500 2005 5.7 Hemi. My ETC light come on after a few mins of driving then it starts to flash and i'm in crawl home mode. The only code coming up is P0222. I changed the throttle body as the TPS sensor is part of the throttle body and still get the same code after a few mins of driving. Could it be a short or my APPS sensor? Where is the APPS sensor located?

When you changed the tps did you unplug the battery? If so did you reset the ecm by leaving the battery unplugged for 30 mins? The reason I ask this is I recentlly replaced my tps which took all of 10 mins which was not enough time to reset the ecm. My check engine light stayed on until i unhook both cables and left it for 30 mins. Thats been a month ago and i have no engine light. This link will show you where the app sensor is located. http://www.cumminshub.com/service/cummins-apps.html

Battery was discontented for over 30 mins and the new TPS sensor didn't work.
So i checked the Accelerator pedal sensor, the problem wasn't happening all the time, i could drive the truck for 5 miles one day and then only 5 meters the following day. So my feeling was that it could be a short in one of the cables.
I was also getting code P0107 which was the MAP sensor, i knew the map sensor was fine so it had to be a wire shorting out all these areas. I had an electrician look at the problem, he couldn't find anything under the hood that looked bad, but when we moved the electric pedals forward and back the lighting bolt ETC light came on, he noticed the cabled coming up from the Gas pedal were rubbing on some sharp metal parts under the steering wheel. He has moved the cables out the of the way the best he could as there is not much space to manoeuvre your hand and have been driving the truck around for a few days now with no fault codes or warning lights. Fingers crossed it stays that way!!
