Default Radiator blade broken, wiring to a/c clutch pulled

I hit hole of water, broke radiator fan blade & wiring pulled away from a/c clutch. I tried a patch job. Got good cool air while driving but when idles a/c puts out hot air. I want to change electric a/c fan clutch to thermal. I have changed elec a/c fan clutch 3 times, appears to be a bad design as my son has trouble also with his Dodge diesel. Since I have to change radiator blade I thought a good time to change all. I need new blade and thermal fan clutch. What blade is compatible to a thermal fan clutch? What kind of adapters do I need? Wiring changes? (06 Mega cab 2500 diesel 4x4, 196,000 miles, GOOD TRUCK. ) Thank you for your help.

I'm having a hard time understanding what you are trying to do, probably due to a lack of knowledge on my part. You want to put a thermal fan clutch on your a/c fan? I can't picture how that would work. So is the a/c fan motor spinning all of the time and thermal clutch kicks in when underhood temps get warm? I am not aware of any thermal fan clutches that are wired.
ECM kicks on the a/c fan when you have the a/c on, and leaves fan off when a/c is off (generally speaking). If you somehow connected a thermal fan clutch to the a/c then the fan would come on and off based on engine temperature.
Let me know if I'm missing something here. Always glad to learn.
Perhaps there are other problems with your a/c causing warm air. Have you check for obstructed radiator or a/c condenser? Air seals around radiator are in good shape?

Here it is September and we are still at it. Truck had electric fan clutch originally. So we changed it back to electric. That makes 4th change. Added new radiator fan blade. Checked TIPM & ECU all ok. Had leak in freon, fixed seal, AC seems ok now. Now a new problem. Truck jumps down to lower gear while driving. So now its transmission. Never saw so many wires to everything and all has to be so clean and covered with special solvents. No one can or will recommend a good mechanic that can fix the truck. I have to think that most trouble was caused by the SALT WATER at Aransas Pass. Some fishing trip! Now we are looking at new trucks.
