2003 dodge Ram 5.9 (Z) immobilizer advice

Immobilizer2 systems malfunctions
what are some of the symptoms or problems caused by failing immobilizer.
*start, idle for 2-5 seconds then shuts off
*Cluster failure
fuel pump/relay new
all fuses are good
